Layer one: keeper
Layer two: loran silver beast (werewolf form)
Layer three: AMYGDALA which drops waning abyssal nourishing gems.
Easy gem farm, a lot of madmen throughout dungeon which drop gems too. Roughly 7 bastard of loran found throughout as well.

jhscfr7n - a fun F/R/C dungeon, lots of werewolves and no summoners. Layer one pre-boss bonus area has an Uncanny Burial Blade. I left notes for the Burial Blade. If you enjoy full clearing dungeons for fun I recommend this one because you can score gems from nearly every enemy if you have high enough discovery.

The kkqmduet dungeon is awesome. It only requires that you bought the sinister chalice. 2 runes in the first 2 layers but there’s also a third, Clear Deep Sea in layer 3! (Not listed above) So this is the chalice glyph to get your LORAN runes early!

The glyph kkqmduet has the Clear Deep Sea rune on the layer 3 side area, it’s important to know because it needs no offerings.
I scoured all three Bloodborne wikis as well as Reddit for glyphs and the details about those glyphs. Then I checked every single one of them to see if they were still active, some of them twice just to make sure they were really dead. This is what I came up with; the fastest paths to all the Runes and Lost / Uncanny weapons as well as all the gem farming glyphs that are still active. In the kkqmduet glyph version (I'd like to get the Burial Blade) can someone explain to me what s/None means on the chart? I didn't even know a sinister version of this chalice existed, but given that it says None, does that mean you don't actually have to make the offering? What's the difference between having a lowercase 's' and a capital 'S'? Could I just go about making that chalice without any offerings? Thanks in advance for any help.

x27592a3 Just made an FRC dungeon lower Loran, Layer 2 main area has blood rock, Layer 2 pre boss has clear deep sea rune, and a coffin in Layer 3 main area had a bolt blood gem so I'm assuming it has a rune that I already have? I've already collected the rest from this page so it's likely.

I saw someone fight the boss in cursed lower loran layer 4, and when I tried to jump from a bridge to another it briefly stated 'Lower loran layer 4' so Im pretty sure that its in there, but after layer 3 boss its a dead end. How can i reach the fourth layer?

I stupidly made this chalice and added all 3 offerings not knowing what they did and this dungeon is ***** near impossible alone. I made it to the 3rd layer already but could use some help finishing. I'm level 201 and PSN is TheRiza9

Watch out with root chalices. I made it the the 3rd floor and found a room with only two entrances and a bunch of chests, one of which was blocking me, the other entrance couldn't be opened except from inside the room.

I don't understand. From what I gathered, you just type in the chalice, and it pops up. I'm getting "You do not meet the requirements for this Chalice Dungeon." Anyone else get that?

I'd say dont bother, every time I got to find a Blood Rock, it's always a Great One's Knowledge. Regardless if I have Eye Runes and the Milkweed Rune, it's always a Great One's Knowledge

The correct glyph has a capital "k" in the beggining : " Kkqmduet ".
