Locations
- (+10%) is found on a corpse behind two celestial mobs in the Forbidden Woods.
- (+15%) is received after talking to Patches the Spider while in his room, no matter which dialogue option is chosen.
- (+20%) is found in a large chest in the first bonus area of the first layer of Lower Ailing Loran Root Chalice. (h3up6y2d) / Found in first bonus area before layer one lamp of Lower Ailing Loran Root Chalice. (rgfep6uy)

h3up6y2d still good as of March 2020. It's in the first bonus room before first lamp. Go up the ladder. Open door then go straight ahead down the stairs, then straight ahead again across the yard ( theres two wolves in it) to find a door in the middle. I've made a Rotted Ailing Loran with Fetid and Rotted Offering. I only have that Chalice depth level 4. I also made a depth 5 Lower Loran. Whenever I try h3up6y2d, it says I don't meet the requirements to enter. Is there an Ailing Loran Root Chalice with depth 5 that i've just been unable to find? I'm trying to get the 20% stamina rune. Thanks!

h3up6y2d still works, however when you type in the glyph code, the dungeons name pops up as "lower loran" instead of "lower ailing loran root" like the page states. This is because the the glyph is actually in a lower loran dungeon and not an ailing root one. Thus, this page is wrong, and you only need to have made a lower loran to use this glyph.

It says that h3up6y2d is a lower ailing loran root chalice, but it's actually a sinister Koran chalice. Just a warning for people with not a lot of ritual materials.
