- (+100) Lower Hintertomb Root Chalice - Chalice Glyph: **kfwgav9g** (Layer 3),Treasure in | 2xe8g93y FR Lower Hintertomb L1, bonus area before layer boss | w8zxj7h5 (can't remember which layer, but I just found three runes in this chalice)
- (+200) Forbidden Woods - behind two viper pits in a small cave, near the burning horse.
- (+300) Isz Root Chalice - Chalice Glyph: ydknsnh4 (Layer 1 Pre-lamp). Pre-boss area also has Arcane Lake +10% rune.
- (+300) Cursed Isz Root Chalice (Foetid & Rotten) - Chalice Glyph qqc6wmvz (Layer 3): Bonus Room before the boss (Ebritas). There is also an Arcane Lake Rune in the Bonus Room at Layer 2 before the Boss (Undead Giant).
- (+300) Cursed Isz Root Chalice (Fetid & Rotted) - Chalice Glyph jkfhe7nu (Layer 1): Bonus area before lamp. There is also a Blood Rock in the pre-boss bonus area.

- This rune (and other sea runes) resembles to the logo of Shadow Tower Abyss, an older PlayStation 2 title from From Software.
In most rooms in the game, water flows from the walls and into the ground creating the same outline on the rune.

Just found today, Cursed Isz wf2pwmzr, Deep Sea +300.
Layer 3 mid(?)-level area, in a sarcophagus guarded by a brain sucker.
There's also an Arcane Lake +10% on layer 1.

Rotten Lower Hintertomb [pjtguzwy] (F/R/-) L1: Deep Sea+100 L3: Great Deep Sea+50 Bath Messenger fountain is located in the first side area of L1. You can access the shop without encountering enemies.

there's a tier 3 deep sea rune in the pre-lantern bonus area of layer 1. glyph: 9rabn7cr (requires FRC materials) - there's also a tier 3 great deep sea rune in the pre-boss bonus area of layer 3

A bulwark is the outer hull of a ship. If the water itself is the hull, I wonder if that explains why the masts in the Fishing Hamlet aren’t attached to any ships.

Aldritch dreamed of a great sea and he has the deacons of the deep and their symbol is a chalice.....OMG
Especially useful for Bloodletter build, highly recommended to equip all 3 Deep Sea runes.
Just went to Isz Root Chalice glyph ydknsnh4 and this does not have the +300 deep sea rune as it indicates above. I got a Great One's Wisdom upon reaching the treasure room. Might be +200 or something else.

+300 on sinister Isz root glyph hyc5d9v7 (no bell rite needed). layer 1 pre boss (brainsucker) side area. Also has +100 Eye rune in layer 1 pre lamp side area.
Also on layer 2: Lost threaded cane (pre lamp side door) and Ludwigs Lost holy blade (pre boss side door). Got guite lucky with this dungeon.

I have a Deep-sea frenz re +300 and Great Lake damage re+ 5% in my Isz Root. Code is g8i53drr. Deep sea is right at the begining and the Great Lake in in the third room left hand side. You'll have to get through some werewolves and brain suckers but it's worth it. The bosses are easy. One is even a brain sucker.
Just found a +300 in an Isz FRC 73wz2vfa, Layer 3 mid-level area.
