I just started this one and it loaded 3 enemies, was completely dark, and had a door that led nowhere and would result in me falling to my death. I tried removing the chalice and trying again but the same things keep happening

I scoured all three Bloodborne wikis as well as Reddit for glyphs and the details about those glyphs. Then I checked every single one of them to see if they were still active, some of them twice just to make sure they were really dead. Just created a dungeon but there are pretty much no enemies, no loot, no bosses, and there is a door in what would normally be the watchdog's boss room that leads into nothing causing you to fall out of the world.

What exactly differentiates this from the other chalice? Does it just change the layout of what bosses you fight on what layer?

In my second character profile this dungeon was absolutely loaded with ritual materials. There is around 15-20 chests in this dungeon scattered all over the place, ranging from the tiny wooden chests to the large gold ones. There's an illusory wall in the bonus room before the layer three lamp. Also there are about 3-4 Beast Possessed soul enemies and a couple of Undead Giants and a Maneater Boar roaming around so watch out. Here's the glyph: 42v7mm2r

I've noticed there are little blue lanterns throughout the dungeon that have messengers hiding behind them, I'm curious what purpose they serve since they seem to light these lanterns but the purpose of them is not fully understood any one know if the lanterns do something?
