Trivia
Unlike the regular Cursed and Defiled Chalice, making a cursed offering is optional for the Root Chalice, so you can play through this one at full health.

So i just need the needed materials in my inventory to use the glyphs, or i need to use these materials at least once?
New glyph for this chalice. Chalice used is a Cursed Pthumerian Defilement; Fetid, Rotted, and Cursed. Uncanny Ludwig's Holy Blade located in Layer 2 pre-lamp side area. Uncanny Chikage located in Layer 3 pre boss area. Glyph is 3csps7kg and will remain active until September 2020.

If anyone cares about Blood Rapture, I made a dungeon and found it in Layer 1 pre-lamp side area. No additional rites. Glyph: 54ct6gbb. Layer 1 boss(es) are Watchers.
I scoured all three Bloodborne wikis as well as Reddit for glyphs and the details about those glyphs. Then I checked every single one of them to see if they were still active, some of them twice just to make sure they were really dead. This is what I came up with; the fastest paths to all the Runes and Lost / Uncanny weapons as well as all the gem farming glyphs that are still active. Guys, I somehow got the Cursed and Defiled Chalice but I don't have the Defiled chalice. So how do I have it if I only beat Lower Pthumeru bosses and never reached Defiled chalice if it only drops in the Defiled chalice? Can someone explain what the hell is going on??

I've got two health runes on my character, but whenever I go into the defiled root chalice dungeon, my health bar has dropped below my stamina. Any idea on why?

As said above, got both in one Chalice. I did a Cursed and Defiled Root Chalice with Sage's Hair: 3 My health was not touched, so was wondering if that is part of the random thing. I'll leave the Glyph in case others want to test there luck for it. ywy62x9i Also, on layer 3 there is a bath messenger, though he has no special items for sale. As for bosses, I had Maneater Boar, Beast-possessed Soul, and Amygdala (She was easy as there are stairs where you can roll back onto so he arms go under you.) Happy hunting

I did the steps to get this chalice but I didn't get it I got the defiled and cursed chalice not the root one so I have been to the second level of this chalice and nothing were do i get this chalice

I just got this chalice from the lower ptuhmeru chalices layer 4 boss (bloodletting beast) did i do something wrong or do i need to to regenerate this dungeon to get the regular defiled chalice?
is this the chalice were the flaming giant was found?
