Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice is a Chalice Item in Bloodborne. You can create this chalice dungeon by combining the materials listed below at one of the Tomb Altars in Hunter's Dream. This dungeon randomizes the Bosses, layout and loot. This is one of the few Chalices that allows PvP.

I scoured all three Bloodborne wikis as well as Reddit for glyphs and the details about those glyphs. Then I checked every single one of them to see if they were still active, some of them twice just to make sure they were really dead. This is what I came up with; the fastest paths to all the Runes and Lost / Uncanny weapons as well as all the gem farming glyphs that are still active. Need help in glyph 5fqyi8sv. It was all good when I got the +5 bullet rune from the previous side room but I should've known not to get happy! Stupid headless beast!

So the loot is supposed to be better in the dungeons with difficulty stipulations like sinister, does anyone know if you kill the bell ringing woman thereby eliminating the extra difficulty, whether or not that reduces the quality of the loot back to normalthe regular chalice

I just got through with the lower cursed version of this chalice and the pthumeruian descendant boss on the last layer dropped a blood rock!!!!!! This is my 6th overall and the 2nd one dropped by a chalice boss in as many days, so I can confirm Bosses in high difficulty dungeons do drop blood rocks.
Hey everyone,
Although it seems the item is rare but useless - I just hit a random chalice with the Ring of Betrothal in the L3 big chest / side room upon lowering the elevator. I opened the dungeon and the Glyph is dtfn462g feel free to head down there. The 7% lake def buff is on the second level but my memory is bad at the moment. I’ll post on the ring site too just in case.
