Root Chalice that breaks multiple labyrinth seals.

When used in a ritual, this sinister chalice summons the
Sinister Resonant Bell. The bell-ringing woman appears to be a mad Pthumerian.
According to the Choir, the land of Izs lies in contact with the cosmos,
which allowed the Great Ones to function on transcendental planes of thought.

 

Sinister Isz Root Chalice is a Chalice Item in Bloodborne. Combining the Materials listed below in the Chalice will create a Chalice Dungeon. You must be at the Tomb Altar in Hunter's Dream to do this. This dungeon randomizes the Bosses, layout and loot. This is one of the few Chalices in the game that allows PvP.

      I scoured all three Bloodborne wikis as well as Reddit for glyphs and the details about those glyphs. Then I checked every single one of them to see if they were still active, some of them twice just to make sure they were really dead. This is what I came up with; the fastest paths to all the Runes and Lost / Uncanny weapons as well as all the gem farming glyphs that are still active.         If you go to layer 4 in the Lower Pthumerian Labryinth, from the lamp, head straight through the room into the corridor that eventually turns left into a room with a ladder. Once you got up the ladder there are two choices of paths. The path you want is a dead end cave that is full of hanging spiders, a keeper of the old lord with his two hell hounds. After you lure and take out everything in the room, on the right hand side there is a big tree. Right past the tree there is a square door frame of bricks. Roll through and there is just a small ledge with a messenger bath where you can buy Sinister for 9k echoes.

          There are multiple walls that break in these dungeoun layers. Most containing chests. usually ledges can be overseen with a chest on them, usually over the interpasses, so check there.

            I'm disputing wether to create this or another root chalice as my friends tell me they didn't get a lot of echoes from enemies the gemstones dropped weren't that rare and good items, so if i'm aiming for items and materials should I use the sinister isa chalice or not?

              Found the best version of the Great Lake rune (All DMG reduction 5%) in the bonus room before the layer 1 Lantern. Here's the glyph: 7zvhn7dw (Sinister Bell rite is activated).
