Tempering Blood Gemstone

A blood gem that fortifies weapons and adds various
properties. Blood gems are especially rare blood stones that
grow on coldblood.

Blood gems are kneaded into weapons using workshop tools,
but only when of matching shape.

Most triangular blood gems have effects that provide attribute bonuses and extra effects.

Tempering Blood Gemstone is a material Item in Bloodborne. They can be slotted in to Blood Gem Imprint slots in weapons to add an effect to a weapon. Blood Gems require the Blood Gem Workshop Tool and can be slotted and unslotted at the Workshop.

if you get to the hunter’s nightmare, the nightmare version of the cathedral ward plaza where the church giants normally spawn will have hunters with boom hammers nearby that drop radial gems with about a roughly 12% damage increase (i don’t know if it’s guaranteed, i have not done enough experimenting with these enemies) for those of you that manage to get here early game, and the small werewolf looking things will also drop radial gems (although they do not have as high a rating, and are not guaranteed)

A gemstone that increases physical attack also increases charge attack or only the striking gemstone does that?

Just found out that certain tempering gems can change your weapon to arcane scaling despite primary attribute is % physical up.

I have the gemstone that reads "Physical ATK UP +4.7%, Adds slow poison effect +1.4/+1.6" is the slow poison effect a good or bad thing?
