Cursed Nourishing Damp Blood Gem Usage
- ATK UP
- Secondary effect is always negative, but the Primary Effect will be higher than normal Nourishing Damp Blood Gemstones
- This Gem will increase the damage of EVERY damage type on the weapon.
Location
- Drops from Gargoyle, Rom, The Vacuous Spider and Amygdala in Fetid Rotted Cursed Root Chalices.

if your arcane is higher then your skill and str then you must check these gems for sure...
Confirmed that CASU4DQM does work. Layer 3 after the lamp you will come into a room with a lift behind it there will be 2 mobs 1 with a gun and the gargoyle. This is the easiest route I have found for farming these gems, however keep in mind you will have to jump through a few annoying hoops. The gem is not 100% drop rate, the gargoyle will either drop a 16-17 quality gem (18%-19.3%) and finally getting the "gg" rolls on the gem, but still worth the effort. Happy farming!
I have a radial cursed nourishing damp blood gem rating 19 with ATK UP+23.6% + curse. It seems nourishing gems without a secondary stat are stronger, but i don't remember which chalice dungeon i got it from, and i cant find any info online.....
