      There are also two in a coffin in Mergo's Loft in the Nightmare of Mensis. After defeating the Hunter on the Bridge (Choir Intelligencer Edgar) and entering the next room take an immediate left and open the coffin.

          Hey there, I made a root chalice which contains a few chests with yellow backbones in them. The glyph is: u6xxzg9m. It is a Pthumeru Ihyll with no additional rites.

            Great Isz Chalice.. Layer 3, after yellow lantern bonus room. 3x pcs of it in chest , it's a short journey compared to the pthemeru.. Hope it helps

                There's two in a chest near the Mergo's Loft (base) lamp. Take the elecator up and go up the stairs to the left. The chest is in small side part of the room, where the columns are, to the right.
