- When acquiring the set the Top Hat goes to, a Lesser Amygdala will try to grab the player. This Amygdala will only be visible if the player has at least 40 Insight, or has advanced the world state to the Blood Moon Phase. The portal that appears in the Amygdala's hand will always be visible when it tries to grab you. Getting grabbed by a Lesser Amygdala will inflict the player with Frenzy and deal a small amount of additional damage. The player is then teleported to the other side of the small courtyard, assuming he/she survives the attack. Being at full health when grabbed will pretty much guarantee the player's survival. Owning the Eye of a Blood-drunk Hunter will teleport you to The Hunter's Nightmare instead.
