- In order for him to appear there, you must speak with Eileen the Crow and defeat Vicar Amelia.

AnonymousI've actually killed Henryk before Amelia. I believe you can get Eileen (And therefore Henryk) to spawn by opening the three gates with the Chief Hunter's Emblem
