Anonymousits in the tower at the cathedral ward. if you go through the door on the right side go up the elevator and ascend the tower its in a chest up there. this will also allow you to buy a ludwig's holy blade (a great sword) you must have killed the blood-starved beast to access this area.
This chest armor hides the knight's wig perfectly. It's great fashion souls if you don't want your character wearing anything on their head, but still get the armor bonuses.
