Shouldn’t sweaty clothes have good fire resistance? Due to it being ‘damp with sweat’

I feel like using this set should make most enemies in central yharnam not attack you, but you cant have any weapons except the torch out.

"Mr. Shabby, what job do you do?"
"I clean out public lavatories."
"Is there a promotion involved?"
"OH yeah. After five years, they give me a brush."

I thought going down there was the Unseen Village, not Old Yharnam

Does anybody else think this is a reference to Luffy from one piece?

What pants is the character in the screenshot wearing? They look identical to the enemy pants, but I can't seem to find them! I have every set in the game, does it just look different on a female character???
The original wearer must have been awful scared before he died. He was dripping sweat from terror. I guess that's why they don't give the pants.

Look up at the Armor Gallery table. Someone created a second, apparently identical, entry for the same attire set.
THAT'S IT, I'M GETTING ME MALLET
