- Can be found on a woman lying dead off a small ledge at the foot of the Church of Oedon in Central Yharnam. Item must be broken down to obtain the Red blood gem.

AnonymousFirst of all it's not a very valuable gem, second the story line with the girl and her sister is very cool (and sad) and last if you finish the questline with the girls you get the white messenger ribbon which is way more valuable and unique than the gem.

Be warned, now cheaters can modify the gem. So they can have 28.1%boost all type damage in all three descriptions. And they put 3 this gems on to have 4000 damage output. Good luck hunters.
