Tomb Mold is an item in Bloodborne that can be used to create a Chalice Dungeon.

"Material used in a Holy Chalice ritual. Mould that grows from rotten flesh and blood inside the old labyrinth. Matures to bear giant spores."

Tomb Mold (1)	Used in Chalices: Pthumeru Root Chalice Found in Depth 1 Chalice Dungeons. Can be purchased in the Hunter's Dream.
Tomb Mold (2)	Used in Chalices: Central Pthumeru Root Chalice, Hintertomb Root Chalice Found in Depth 1 Chalice Dungeons. Most common in Hintertomb Chalice (first slandered one you get has a bunch) Can be obtained from Messengers in Hunter's Dream after completing Lower Pthumeru Chalice
Tomb Mold (3)	Used in Chalices: Lower Hintertomb Root Chalice, Sinister Hintertomb Root Chalice Found in Depth 2 and Depth 3 Chalice Dungeons.
Tomb Mold (4)	Used in Chalices: ?? Found in Depth 3 Chalice Dungeons. (8 in layer 3 of Lower Pthumeru) Dropped frequently by the many rats in the pre-lamp bonus room in Layer Two of the fixed Depth 4 Ailing Loran dungeon. Can be purchased in the Hunter's Dream after unlocking Great Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice.
Tomb Mold (5)	Used in Chalices: Isz Root Chalice, Sinister Isz Root Chalice Found in depth 5 chalice dungeons Dropped by Labyrinth Rat in Great Isz Chalice Bath Messengers in NG+ for 40.000 Blood Echoes, after creating one Depth 5 Root Dungeon with all offerings There are 5 in the optional area BEFORE the Layer 2 lamp in the Great Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice Dungeon The fastest route to these is to go to directly across from the giant boulder in the middle of the swamp, on ground level There are also 2x plus 2x as loot in the area should you explore They are also dropped by the Watcher's Gravedigger and Giant Rat enemies in the area

• Tomb Mold (5) can be found in Great Isz Chalice Layer 1 and frequently dropped by Labyrinth Rats.
