Balcony Key
Key to the balcony on the first floor of the Research Hall. Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower gave this to the patient, Adeline. Maria had hoped Adeline would find comfort in the faint breeze that carried the scent of flowers from the outside, but Adeline couldn't fathom her intentions.

Balcony Key is an Key Item in Bloodborne. It was added with The Old Hunters DLC.

Balcony Key Usage

• Used to open the balcony door on the first floor of the Research hall.

Location

• After giving Adeline Brain Fluid a second time she hands over the key.
• Can also be obtained by killing her, but effectively ends her questline and she doesn't drop Milkweed Rune.
