Arcane Blood Gemstone is a material Item in Bloodborne. They can be slotted in to Blood Gem Imprint slots in weapons to add an effect to a weapon. Blood Gems require the Blood Gem Workshop Tool and can be slotted and unslotted at the Workshop.
 A blood gem that fortifies weapons and adds variousproperties. Blood gems are especially rare blood stones that grow on coldblood. Blood gems are kneaded into weapons using workshop tools, but only when of matching shape. Most radial blood gems have effects that bear upon physical attacks. |
Arcane Blood Gemstone Usage
- Gives Arcane ATK UP %
- This Gemstone can come in Radial or Triangular shapes.
- When used in a weapon with only physical damage, it converts the base physical damage into arcane damage, then gives the listed bonus. The weapon will no longer gain damage from Strength or Skill and will instead scale solely with Arcane.
- When used in a weapon that already has arcane damage, the arcane damage will be boosted by the listed amount
- If used in in conjunction with a gem that gives bolt or fire damage, the Arcane Blood Gemstone will overwrite the previous gem's effect and replace all damage with Arcane.
- When used in a weapon that naturally has bolt damage, the Arcane Blood Gemstone will have no effect.

- Triangle version found in a poison-filled pit at the beginning of the cave that leads to Iosefka's Clinic
- Drops from the blue emissaries in Forbidden Woods
