- Dropped by Valtr, the leader of The League after consuming 5 Vermin and speaking with him. Reloading the area in any way causes Valtr to disappear, leaving behind the helm in his place.

It says the clothes are DLC items. My friend tho, has the helm. Is it a DLC item too?

I expected Master's Iron Helm was an advanced version of One-eyed Iron Helm or a different one at least, instead they have same stats. On my view this is a mistake by From, 'cause a lot of players would try to get the two different versions. At this point, killing Valtr or joining the League doesn't matter for the helm.
