Lycanthropes in Bloodborne are Werewolf-like enemies that most likely were turned due to the plague in Yarnham. They are usually found in twos and attack like wild animals. They were in the Alpha and were some of the more difficult enemies in it. There also appears to be a damage type or stat that increases damage against this enemy type.
