Cursed Tempering Blood Gemstone is a Droplet Blood Gem in Bloodborne. Blood Gems require the Blood Gem Workshop Tool and can be slotted and unslotted at the Workshop.
Cursed Tempering Blood Gemstone Usage
- Increases physical ATK on a Weapon
- Secondary effect will always be negative in exchange for the Primary being higher than normal Tempering Blood Gemstones
Location
- Possible drop from red enemies in the forest outside Grand Cathedral on the way to Hemwick Charnel Lane
- Possible drop from the Brain creature in the Nightmare Frontier.

I found the Physical UP 9.9% gem and added it to the wiki but I'm confused about how it ALSO takes my ATK away? In the end am I only getting ATK UP 5.8% or it there something I'm not understanding about it?

Mine had Physical ATK Up +11.6% HP gradually depletes -4 wish it had been anything but HP depletion, man...
SO it won't let me put it in but i have a Rating 7 Droplet SHaped one with Phys ATK up +11.6% with ATK DOWN -4.1%
