I read that if an invader wearing the crown of illusion kills you, then your bloodechoes will still drop but it won't have a visible bloodstain which makes it nearly impossible to find it. Can anyone confirm?

i wear this in chalices dungeons all the time and i never found a illusory wall, maybe they are automatically opened by this helmet. Can anybody confirm this?
