Ritual Blood (1)	Used in Chalices: Pthumeru Chalice, Pthumeru Root Chalice x2 found on altar in building with hanging beast remains in Old Yharnam. Can be purchased for 2500 Blood Echoes each from the Messengers in Hunter's Dream after defeating Blood-starved Beast. Can be found inside Depth 1 Chalice Dungeons.
Ritual Blood (2)	Used in Chalices: Central Pthumeru Chalice, Central Pthumeru Root Chalice, Hintertomb Chalice, Hintertomb Root Chalice Can be purchased for 6000 Blood Echoes each from messengers in Hunter's Dream (after completing Lower Pthumeru Chalice) or from messengers inside Chalice Dungeons Can be found inside Depth 1 and Depth 2 Chalice Dungeons.
Ritual Blood (3)	Used in Chalices: Lower Pthumeru Chalice, Lower Pthumeru Root Chalice, Lower Hintertomb Chalice, Lower Hintertomb Root Chalice, Sinister Hintertomb Root Chalice Can be found inside Depth 2 and Depth 3 Chalice Dungeons. Can be purchased for 12000 Blood Echoes each from messengers in Hunter's Dream after obtaining the Great Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice (by completing Defiled Chalice)
Ritual Blood (4)	Used in Chalices: Defiled Chalice, Cursed and Defiled Root Chalice, Ailing Loran Chalice, Ailing Loran Root Chalice Can be found inside Depth 3 and Depth 4 Chalice Dungeons. Can be purchased for 24000 Blood Echoes each from messengers in Hunter's Dream after obtaining Yharnam Stone (by completing Great Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice) Farming spot: From the layer 2 lamp in the Lower Pthumeru Chalice, after unlocking the gate, go into the right side door in the hallway. Go forward and take the ladder up by the scorpion, To your left is a stairway with a Snatcher, and another at the top of those stairs. They both have a high chance of dropping. Farming spot: Drops from Merciless Watcher in Lower Pthumeru Chalice. From the Layer 2 Lantern hop down the pit and continue through the archway, through the tunnel, turn right, climb the ladder, turn left. Continue across both bridges. In the next room is a Merciless Watcher that drops them.
Ritual Blood (5)	Used in Chalices: Great Isz Chalice, Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice, Sinister Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice, Lower Loran Chalice, Lower Ailing Loran Root Chalice, Sinister Lower Loran Root Chalice, Great Isz Chalice, Isz Root Chalice, Sinister Isz Root Chalice x3 found in front of the gate where you need the Orphanage Key in Upper Cathedral Ward. Can be found inside Depth 4 Chalice Dungeons. Bath Messengers in NG+ for 48.000 Blood Echoes after creating one Depth 5 Root Dungeon with all offerings (fetid, rotted, cursed) Easy farming spot: Glyph: cxsee9xf. Hunter's Mark out and search for another online dungeon. Repeat (You can do this unlimited) Offline farming spot: From the first lamp in Defiled Chalice, turn right in the big hall and enter the tunnel at the opposite end, then take another right turn to get to a room with a lever and a respawning Merciless Watcher who will drop the item. The Ritual Master in the big hall will also drop Ritual Blood (4).
